"Good prices on everyday basics"
I’ve found the prices here are usually better than my local store for the everyday stuff. Obviously it depends on what you’re buying, but for regular basics it’s been a good way to save a little.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered a few cleaning products from Seventh Generation, the shipping was fast. The box showed up within a few days, and the tracking was easy to check without being confusing.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is because the package seemed to sit for a little while before it actually started moving, so I was kind of wondering what was going on. But once it shipped out, it got here quickly. I’d order again

"Finally, no weird smells"
I’m so glad I went with the fragrance-free option. It just feels better to use something that isn’t trying to cover things up with a heavy scent. No weird perfume smell, no irritation, just clean and simple. Fragrance-free really is the way to go.

"Nice fresh scent"
I really like this one . The lavender scent is gentle and not overpowering at all . My clothes come out smelling clean and fresh , without that strong perfume smell that can give me a headache .

"My order showed up in pretty..."
My order showed up in good shape overall. I was mostly checking to make sure none of the bottles leaked, and thankfully they were packed in there tight. I did notice one corner of the box was a little crushed, but it didn’t seem to affect anything inside. Happy with it, though a bit more padding would’ve made me feel better.

"Not as gentle as I hoped"
I really wanted Seventh Generation to work for our newborn, but come on now, the wipes still left my baby’s skin looking red, and the detergent had a smell that bothered me even though it’s supposed to be gentle. I’m sure it’s fine for some families, but it just wasn’t a good fit for us. After a few uses, I switched to something much plainer.

I ordered a few things from seventhgeneration.com and was really happy to see the packaging was minimal and easy to recycle. It wasn’t one of those huge boxes stuffed with a bunch of plastic, which I appreciated. One item did have a small dent, but nothing leaked or seemed damaged otherwise. Overall, it was a really good experience and I’d definitely order again.

"Really like the plant-based stuff"
I’ve been using Seventh Generation for my laundry and dish soap, and uh, I’ve been happy with it so far. I like that it’s plant-based and doesn’t have that super strong fake cleaner smell. My clothes come out clean, the dishes feel fine, and I haven’t noticed any weird residue or anything. It just feels like a better choice to have around the house, so I’ll keep buying it

I’ve been using Seventh Generation for laundry detergent and dish soap for a while now, it’s been a good deal for regular household stuff. The prices feel fair, and the products seem to last longer than you’d think, which I know a lot of other customers probably appreciate too.
I also like that you don’t have to use a huge amount each time to get the job done. It’s not some flashy product I need to overhype, but it works well, feels worth the money, and I keep buying it.

I’ve been using Seventh Generation for a while now, mostly for everyday household stuff, and I do feel like they’re more upfront about what’s in their products than a lot of other brands. That matters to me because I don’t think companies should make people guess what they’re bringing into their homes. Not every product is perfect, and yeah, some things are a little pricier, but overall I trust them more than most. Ordering from their site was easy too, and shipping went fine

I have sensitive skin, i could tell quickly this was a good fit for me. No itching, no weird irritation, just feels gentle and comfortable. My gut says I’ll be sticking with it.

"It just gets the laundry done"
I’m kind of tired of trying different laundry products and dealing with ones that overpromise, so I’m just glad this one works. My clothes come out clean and fresh, and it even handles my kids’ muddy stuff without a problem. Nothing fancy to complain about, which is pretty much all I want at this point...

I reached out to Seventh Generation because one of the bottles in my order had leaked, i wasn’t totally sure how helpful they were going to be. They did get back to me the next day, and the message was friendly enough. They asked me to send a photo, which was reasonable and not a big deal.
After that, they sent out a replacement without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, so I’ll give them credit for that. I’m still a little mixed because I would’ve liked the first response to come sooner, but overall, their customer service was better than I expected...

"Easy to grab what I need when I’m in a hurry"
I like ordering from Seventh Generation because the things I use are usually in stock, which is a relief when I’m feeling rushed. Detergent, wipes, dish soap, it’s all easy to find, and checkout doesn’t take long. It’s nice not having to run around to different stores every time.

"Feel better about what I’m using"
I give this 5 stars. I start using Seventh Generation because I was just tired of wondering what all those weird ingredients in my cleaners even was.
The labels are easy to understand, and I like that they don’t have a ton of harsh stuff. With kids and a dog running around, that kind of thing really did matter in our house.
It cleans good for me too, but the biggest reason I keep buying it is because the ingredients feel safer. It just make cleaning feel a little less stressful.

"Works in a pinch, but I’m not fully sold"
I’ve picked up Seventh Generation paper towels and toilet paper a handful of times, mostly because I like what the brand is going for. For everyday little messes, the paper towels do the job, but they’re on the thinner side, so I usually find myself grabbing extra sheets without really meaning to.
The toilet paper is alright too, just not something I’d call soft or especially comfortable. I don’t regret buying it, but for the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more worth it

"Works well for everyday messes"
I’ve been using Seventh Generation sprays and dish soap for a while now, and overall I like them. They handle regular kitchen messes and grease well, better than I thought they would. They don’t always get the really stuck-on stuff right away, but for everyday cleaning, they do the job. I’d buy them again...

"The subscription honestly makes everything easier"
This subscription makes life so dang easy. I don’t have to remember to reorder, I don’t have to make a last-minute store run, I don’t have to add one more thing to my already messy to-do list, and I don’t have that annoying moment where I realize I’m completely out of something right when I need it. It just shows up, kind of like coffee being ready in the morning, or groceries getting delivered, or your phone charger magically being exactly where you left it. Super convenient and one less thing to think about.

"Still liking it after my latest restock"
I’ve been using Seventh Generation for a while, but after my most recent grocery run I was reminded why I keep buying it. The cleaners do the job well enough for everyday messes, and I like that they don’t feel super harsh or chemical-heavy around the house. The packaging also feels a little more thoughtful, which I appreciate. My only gripe, especially looking at the prices this last time, is that some of their stuff is definitely more expensive than I’d prefer. Even so, I still end up putting it in my cart.

"Surprisingly worked better than my usual brand"
My kid managed to get spaghetti sauce all over their shirt, and I thought it was done for. I’ve been loyal to my usual stain remover for years, so I wasn’t expecting much, but this got the stain out in just one wash. Kind of hate to admit it, but I’m impressed and will probably buy it again
